I can not begin to express how wonderful of a job this team did in removing a Maple tree from our backyard. We also had the stomp and surface roots removed, and they made sure to leave the yard as neat as possible. My children watched the entire process unfold from beginning to end, and the one thing that stood out to them, was how well they worked as a TEAM! Let’s talk price…. We had four estimates, and Baylor’s Top Notch was a few hundred dollars cheaper!!! I can not thank you all enough. Our experience was positive from the estimate, to scheduling, to the end result. We were pleased with everything about working with Baylor’s. They were very responsive, always returning calls in a timely manner. Their cost was very reasonable (we had more than one estimate). Since our large trees were in a cramped city yard, they were able to trim and remove one without having to bring huge trucks into the yard. They contacted our neighbor to get permission to trim a large branch that was overhanging our property from his tree. Then, afterwards, they cleaned up and cut up the wood and piled it neatly, so that we could use it in the future. We would definitely use Baylor’s again.
