Brad and team were very thorough and professional. Brad is very knowledgeable about trees and made recommendations on how best to achieve our goals. We had a tree removed and two others trimmed. They arrived on time, got right to work and had it all done very quickly and efficiently. They clean up as they go and afterwards leave the area neat and clean. They ground up the stump and prepared the site so we will be able to plant a smaller tree in that spot in the future. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Baylor’s Top Notch Tree Service.

1 year ago, Baylor’s Top Notch responded to a call from me at 5:00 in the morning because my cat (her name is Chicken) was stuck in a tree about 30ft up during horrible freezing rain. The owner and his wife amazingly drove out of there way to another county to come save our cat at around 9:30am (she had been up there all night). Had they not responded or chose not to bother (like the town police and the fire department), Chicken would be dead without a doubt.

Very professional company. Estimate was sent via email with photos a few minutes after leaving my property. The work was completed on the stated date. I highly recommend Baylor Tree Service.

The 4-mancrew and Brad arrived on time on the scheduled day and like a well-oiled machine all started doing their thing. Two other trees had to be removed to make room for the Tulip Popular to be brought down safely. At least 5 lines were attached to different parts of the tree and with mechanics an one well placed cut the tree came down exactly where it was planned. They can and will do the hard Jobs. I highly recommend them for all Tree work.

Back yard looks great now that trees are trimmed and overgrown lilac bush removed. This company was great to work with, arrived on time, very professional and personable. Will use them again, and refer friends to them.

Brad and Sam are friendly, listen well, and are invested in educating themselves & clients with the necessary knowledge to care for the trees and other plants they are asked to work with. So appreciated the work they did for me (& have noted positive re-growth of bushes they trimmed since), I recently requested help with other trees. Pricing reasonable. Trust, reliability, and excellent work ethic=invaluable.

What an amazing crew! They did everything they said they would do. We enjoyed watching them remove a large ash tree and an enormous old oak tree with great teamwork and professionalism. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
